Participatory Budgeting


Participatory budgeting is a democratic process in which community members decide how to spend part of a public budget. This process will inform and help guide Seattle and King county's spending on local divestments from “public safety” agencies, with a focus on police, prosecutors, courts, and on community re-investments that could generate true community safety, health, and thriving.
